The northern 147.695 feet of the 20 foot wide north/south alley in City Block 1564 as bounded by Cherokee, Jefferson, Potomac and Texas. The Petitioner is 2626 Cherokee LLC and Cherokee Anchors, LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property.
