Grant Agreement with the United States Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing
Summary
This Board Bill proposes an ordinance authorizing the Police Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Saint Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the United States Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing to fund the purchase of equipment and software for the 911 Call Center upgrade upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and to expend funds by entering into contracts, or otherwise, in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of said Grant Agreement; containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
