CDA Appropriation for Tornado Disaster Relief
Summary
An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six Dollars ($4,999,526) in Community Development Block Grant funds to the Community Development Administration; authorizing and directing the Director of the Community Development Administration (“CDA”) to execute contracts as may be necessary to expend funds; authorizing and directing the Comptroller to issue warrants thereon upon the City Treasury; and containing emergency and severability clauses.
