Conditionally Vacate an irregular strip of Dillon Drive

Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street. An irregular strip of Dillon Drive being the easternmost 10 feet beginning at the south right-of-way line of Chouteau and continuing southwardly to the south right-of-way line of LaSalle Street. The Petitioner is Saint Louis Housing Authority. The vacated area will be used to realign the street, for a straightening of the street right-of-way.
