NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the many accomplishments of Bee Jay the DJ and the entire working I Heart Media staff as we celebrate 12 years of another successful Sista Strut event.
