Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize Sparkl A.West's achievements and honors of being awarded platinum albums from various artist as well as national recognition for being the first female in a male dominated production world, American Music Award, Spirit Award and United Artist Music.
