Recognizes José Garza and Supporting the Raising of the Hispanic Heritage Flag

Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to hereby recognizes José Garza for his outstanding contribution in crafting the Hispanic Heritage Flag, which will serve as a unifying symbol of our diverse and vibrant community during Hispanic Heritage Month and requests that the Hispanic Heritage Flag be flown at St. Louis City Hall from September 15, 2023, through October 15, 2023.
