NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that we the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for Clare Stowe, and pause in our deliberations to recognize them as a 2023 Hospitality Super Hero in the City of St. Louis.
