NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that we the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for Randy Rafter, and pause in our deliberations to recognize them as St. Louis LGBTQ+ Community PRIDE 2024 Awardee.
