Honoring Monsignor Delaney

Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to joyfully commemorate and congratulate Monsignor Delaney on the occasion of his Golden Jubilee of Ordination and that we offer our heartfelt gratitude for his fifty years of faithful priestly service and pray for his continued health, strength, and blessings in the years to come.
