NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis hereby recognizes and honors Sion Lightfoot for his outstanding service, dedication, and commitment to our community. We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for his invaluable contributions and commend him for embodying the spirit of service that makes the #BlackWallStreet314 Festival possible.
