NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis, that we hereby recognize and honor Dena Hibbard for her remarkable 25 years of public service and her immeasurable contributions to the City of St. Louis, including most especially her compassion, tenacity, and dedication to the residents of St. Louis;
