NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that we, the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for Dwayne Nelson and Your Place Diner, and pause in our deliberations to recognize them as the River Front Times 2023 Best Comfort Food Restaurant.
