NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize, honor, and congratulate Lt. Col. Ronnie Robinson for his unwavering dedication and commitment to true public safety as well as his many achievements and outstanding contributions to our Beloved City of St. Louis.
