NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that we the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for the Honorable Jean Anne Carnahan, and pause in our deliberations to recognize her life, investments, and contributions as a mother, wife, Senator and activist for the State of Missouri.
