Honoring Salaheddin M. Muhammad

Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause to recognize and acknowledge Salaheddin M. Muhammad and his significant contributions to the residents of the City of St. Louis as a member of the St. Louis Outstanding Youth Service, we would like to wish him felicitations in all his future endeavors.
