NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that we the members of the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen, do hereby express our gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Christopher Lewis, and pause in our deliberations to recognize him and his contributions to the City of St. Louis and Trans healthcare.
