Summary

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that the Board of Aldermen hereby recommends that the Port Authority exercise its statutory powers in furtherance of the redevelopment of the CHS Property, including, without limitation its powers to exempt property from taxation and negotiate and implement PILOTs.
