NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Aldermen do hereby recognize and celebrate Red Brick Blue Tarp as a significant and meaningful contribution to the cultural, historical, and civic life of the City of St. Louis, and honor and commend Câmi Thomas for her vision, artistry, and unwavering commitment to using film as a force for truth, connection, and community, and for once again choosing to tell the story of St. Louis with the depth, care, and honesty this city deserves.
