Summary
The Election Board issues this RFP to solicit the production of 14 brief educational videos focusing on neighborhoods and voting options in the 14 new wards. The aim is to engrain in the voter what their voting options are with respect to in-person election day voting, in-person “no excuse” absentee voting, and traditional absentee voting, especially with regard to the permanently disabled list. These educational pieces will be primarily for dissemination via social media; however, the Election Board asks that the RFP contain a strategy for conveying this information via multiple platforms, whether traditional print, TV, radio or social media.
