The St. Louis City Board of Elections is seeking a Manager of Recruiting and Outreach.

The Manager of Recruiting & Outreach is responsible for overseeing the recruiting, training and deployment of all poll workers used on Election Day. During periods between elections they continue direct the recruitment of poll workers, as well as form and maintain relationships with voting stakeholders, community organizations, and other civic partners in educating voters of the City of St. Louis regarding voting options.
