PLEASE NOTE: Due to technical difficulties for some EGrAMS users, CDA has extended the 2024 CDBG RFP deadline to Monday, September 11 at 4 p.m. If technical problems persist, interested applicants should e-mail their proposals to CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov or deliver a hard copy to CDA's office located at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis 63013.
