CDA Awards $3 Million in ARPA Supplemental Housing Funds
Investments will accelerate affordable housing production and preservation in neighborhoods across St. Louis
The Community Development Administration (CDA) has announced nearly $3 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) supplemental housing awards to support affordable housing projects already underway with ARPA funds in the City of St. Louis.
CDA makes strategic investments with its limited ARPA resources, which must be spent by 2026 or be returned to the federal government.
By directing supplemental ARPA funding to projects already in motion, these developments will bring much-needed housing units online sooner and ensure every ARPA dollar available is invested in the St. Louis community.
The $2,995,726.00 of ARPA supplemental housing awards were made to organizations and developers who applied through CDA's competitive process and demonstrated eligibility, need, and merit.
