Overview

In response to the May 16th, 2025 tornado, many non-profit organizations initiated various activities to address the immediate emergency needs of City residents and the impacted neighborhoods, and incurred expenses. Acknowledging the dedication of area non-profit organizations to the mission, the City of St. Louis has allocated Rams Settlement Funds to provide reimbursement grants to eligible nonprofits. The City of St. Louis will contract with United Way of Greater St. Louis to administer funds.

Eligible non-profits may receive a grant of up to $150,000 to reimburse for costs incurred between May 16 and August 31. The total anticipated amount of funds available for these grants is $3,500,000.00, less United Way administrative fees.
