STL Live: Missouri’s Good Samaritan Law

Craig Schmid, Government Service Analyst for the City of St. Louis Department of Health and Sgt. Carl E. Cunningham of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department discuss Missouri's Good Samaritan Law.

The Missouri Good Samaritan law became effective on August 28, 2017. It protects people who call 911 from arrest & prosecution for possession of drugs or paraphernalia.
