Summary
The Inclement Weather & Housing Stabilization RFP Second Release, is being re-issued to seek additional providers to operate 2022-2023 Inclement Weather sheltering options and Rapid Rehousing opportunities.

The City is seeking additional providers to operate overflow emergency shelter to meet the goal stated under the original Inclement Weather & Housing Stabilization RFP of adding 200 additional beds.

Additionally, the City still has Rapid Rehousing funds available for bid.

The purpose of this RFP is to appropriate approximately $722,457 towards the Department of Human Services’ 2022/23 Inclement Weather & Housing Stabilization plan.
