Summary
Manufacturing Equipment must be reported on this form and is not to be reported on the Assessor’s Business Personal Property Declaration.

The current year form is made available in the last week of April or first week of May and the declaration is due by July 1 of the same year.

You'll be asked to list your machinery, tools, appliances including total acquisition cost and to attach a disposal list as necessary.
