An Executive Order to restart implementation the Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Program, considering recommendations Keen Independent Research included as part of its 2024 Disparity Study, to resume certification of M/WBEs, and to begin implementation of a revised M/WBE subcontractor goal policy on qualifying contracts, consistent with recommendation in the 2024 Disparity Study.
