Summary
The City of St. Louis Mayor’s Office and the Civil Service Commission seek a needs assessment of the following services to be completed expeditiously. The needs assessment will focus on City services related to the Department of Personnel, the Neighborhood Stabilization Team, and the City’s Auto Towing & Storage Division (Towing). Upon agreement, the scope may expand to include other needs assessments as requested. The Mayor’s Office will serve as the primary point of contact for the Neighborhood Stabilization Team and Towing needs assessments, and the Civil
Service Commission will serve as the point of contact for the Department of Personnel needs assessment. Selected firms should provide both a risk assessment and process assessment.
