The Personnel Department oversees the City's Human Resources needs and manages staffing acoss its agencies. The dashboard below represents the percentage of candidates whose total time to hire (the period from application submission to selection) is under 30 days. This metric is designed to measure the candidate experience for City job applicants. Job postings that are open on a rolling basis are excluded from this analysis.
