HRIS and Records Retention Management

This section carries out a broad range of functions for all departments within the City, which includes payroll processing and employment transactions as well as maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Processing transactions affecting the status of employees (e.g., appointments, promotions, resignations, disciplinary actions, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Citywide official personnel files
