Summary
The draft Gravois-Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan was prepared by a planning team led by Rise Community Development. The planning process began in September 2016. Following an extensive public participation process, the draft Neighborhood Plan was submitted to the Planning and Urban Design Agency (PDA) in March 2018.

The Neighborhood Plan's study area is generally bounded by Gravois Ave. on the north, Jefferson Ave/Broadway on the east, Meramec St. on the south, and Grand Blvd. on the west. The purpose of the Neighborhood Plan is to guide community development efforts in the study area.
