North Riverfront Park Master Plan

The plan is being considered for adoption as a Topical Plan by the Planning Commission after a public hearing on September 3, 2014. The plan provides guidance as a valuable resource for the City and the community to guide the park’s development as well as implementing new, or modifying existing elements within the park (such as playground, comfort station, pet park, fishing, boating, paths and trails, wetlands, forest restoration, and parking areas). Plan recommendations deal with park infrastructure, proposed park elements, implementation and probable costs, governance and funding as well as continuing park maintenance.
