Pam Kuehling
Deputy Commissioner, Office of Violence Prevention
As Deputy Commissioner, Pam handles the operational management of the Violence Prevention office for the City of St. Louis, MO. She is responsible for process and procedure, financial reporting, procurement, human resources, data analysis, and implementation of strategic objectives.
Pam has an MBA in Strategic Planning and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Pam also earned a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement. Her past pursuits include working for the City of St. Louis since 2017 as Supply Commissioner, and various other positions within the operating divisions in compliance, quality improvement, budgets, accounting, and data analysis.
Pam has published several white papers on government efficiency and has also earned ICS credentials for emergency management.
