Instructions to make a payment to the Office of Special Events for permits or other fees.

Overview

The Office of Special Events provides an online payment option for organizations that applied for and received a Special Event permit

Preparation

Prepare the following:

  1. Your application/permit number(s).
  2. The amount you owe.
  3. A payment method:
    • Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
    • A bank account number and routing number

Instructions

  1. Use the Begin Online button to visit the payment processor. 
  2. Choose PayIt Login if you have an account, or Pay as Guest.
  3. Search for you permit and add it to the cart.
    1. Add another if there are other permits or fees.
    2. Repeat until all charges are in the cart.
  4. Continue to Checkout, enter payment details, review, and submit payment.

Payment processing fees will be displayed before you complete your transaction.

What to Expect

  • Once you have paid your fee, your permit can be issued.
  • Payments are processed immediately.
  • Confirmation is provided on screen and by email.
  • The City’s records are updated within 24 hours.
