Confirm that your citation can be paid without a court appearance. You may do this in one of four ways.
- Search for your citation online. When you reach your case information, the Plead and Pay Button on the right side of the page will also display the full amount due (including fines and court costs).
If the case you are looking at is not eligible for payment without a court appearance, you will see the Plead and Pay icon with a red - View the list of charges that can be pled and paid without a court appearance.
- Call the Court’s customer service number: (314) 622-3231. Have your citation(s) available along with your name and date of birth.
- Visit the Court’s customer service window at 1520 Market, Suite 1120, St. Louis, MO 63103. Bring a valid picture ID and your citation(s).
You may have received more than one citation at one time. One or more of them may be payable without a court appearance and one or more may require a court appearance. If so, and if you want to know the status of each citation, you will have to check on each one separately.
