Overview
The St. Louis City Municipal Division is a division of the 22nd Judicial Circuit. The court handles traffic citations issued by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and dumping and prohibited refuse, housing code, minor criminal, earnings tax and truancy violation charges. The Municipal Division does not handle:
- civil cases, divorces, evictions, orders of protection, jury trials, or any state criminal misdemeanor or felony cases. Those cases are handled in the Circuit Court for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. Search for Circuit Court cases here.
- Parking citations. View information about paying or appealing a parking ticket.
