Municipal Court Payments

Payment information for municipal court cases before and after trial.

This page contains a link to instructions for payment of eligible cases before your first court date and without a court appearance. There is also a link to a table of eligible offenses and the fine and court cost applicable to each eligible offense.

This page also contains a link to instructions for payment of fines and court costs assessed by a judge in court and/or pursuant to a recommendation by a prosecutor and approved by a judge.  If all of your case(s) are paid in full prior to your assigned payment review or plea hearing court session, that will close that case and you will not have to appear on that case. If you still have a balance remaining on any of your cases on your payment review or plea hearing date, you must appear in person for your court date to arrange a payment plan with the judge.

If your case if fully disposed, you may make full payment or partial payments online in any amount using PayByWeb on CaseNet. For your case to be fully disposed, you or your attorney must have first returned your signed recommendation or guilty plea form to the court. If your case is not fully disposed PayByWeb will not accept your online payment.

The minimum in person payment at the cashier window is $50.00.
