The Judicial Circuit Court Program (JCCP) at the SLATE Missouri Job Center is a child support and jail diversion initiative that helps participants overcome barriers to employment while building the skills and experience needed to achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Through personalized career guidance and supportive services, participants are empowered to secure meaningful employment, meet their personal responsibilities, and create a more stable future for themselves and their families.
Benefits of Participation
JCCP is designed to help participants move toward sustainable employment while demonstrating a commitment to meeting court and parental responsibilities.
Participation may provide opportunities to:
- Build valuable workplace skills and gain practical work experience
- Increase employment opportunities through career coaching and job placement assistance
- Access supportive resources that encourage long-term success
- Demonstrate positive engagement with employment and workforce development services
- Support progress toward meeting individual court-related obligations, when applicable.
