This six-story building is being rehabbed by Craig Heller's Loftworks; dubbed "The 411," the building will have commercial and retail space and will be gold LEED certified.
Built in 1905, the building was the headquarters and central exchange for the Kinloch Telephone Company, a Bell Phone Company competitor.
