Summary
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis, is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design services for the Red Sea Eritrean Community Center parking lot infrastructure project, located at the corner of 3606-3610 Finney Ave. and 1045 North Grand Blvd. This project is to improve the infrastructure surrounding the renovation of the future community center at 1039 North Grand. Improvements consist of a parking lot, storm water treatment facilities, fencing, lighting and other appurtenances on the property.
