Summary
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri (LRA) is seeking assistance with Property Condition Assessments (PCA) for buildings in its inventory. These services intend to assess the buildings in its inventory for unsafe conditions for potential residents and recommend stabilization or demolition work.  This program is being conducted by LRA in partnership with the St. Louis Regional Crime Commission (SLRCC).

LRA receives title to all tax-delinquent properties not sold to private purchasers at the Sheriff's sale. It also receives title to properties through donations. The SLDC Real Estate Department maintains, markets, and sells these properties and undertakes land assemblage for future development.

LRA plays a vital role within the St. Louis Development Economic Justice Action Plan through the pillar of Neighborhood Transformation.  Actions focus on building capacity and wealth within neighborhoods via increased homeownership, anti-displacement, reactivation of unoccupied land, equitable transit options, urban agriculture, home repair, and more. These tactics can be understood as strategies to advance housing justice, environmental justice, commercial corridor revitalization, and community safety.
