Summary
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis will receive sealed bids for the LRA Lawn Maintenance Beautification program on March 29, 2024.

The Program is funded in whole or in part with Coronavirus State And Local Recovery Funds (SLFRF) passed through the St. Louis City Community Development Administration.

The work entails Debris Removal and Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Services to target approximately 2,000 LRA vacant properties and lots in identified blocks within the City of St. Louis.

All bids shall be submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids will be received by the Authority at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, (Attention: Shelton Anderson) until 5:00 PM local time on Monday, March 29, 2024. At that time and location, a public bid opening will take place.
