Pre-Bidding:
All bids shall be submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders. The selected Bidder must be a qualified contractor licensed by the City of
St. Louis. There will NOT be a Pre-bid Conference for the MRT Phase II-B Addendum #1
Conveyor RFP.
If the potential bidders would like to see the site they can do so Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (local time). All potential bidders that visit the site MUST sign in with Preston Harris the site superintendent prior to accessing the property. The address for the site is as follows: 14 North Market St. St. Louis, MO
Bids will be received by the Authority at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103,
(Attention: Roland Comfort) until 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday February 19, 2020. At that time and location a public bid opening will take place. A selection and award will be made at
a later date. Potential Bidders may obtain Contract Documents from the Authority at the following address:

Summary
The work required for the Project comprises of a conveyor system to be furnished and constructed at the City of St. Louis, MO, Municipal River Terminal (MRT), a public, general purpose cargo facility located about 1.5 miles north of downtown St. Louis, as required by the attached Contract
and the identified Drawings, Technical Specifications and other Bid Documents (collectively, the“Contract Documents”).
