Attendees may park in the center parking lot near the guard kiosk. Respondents are required to attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Prospective bidders will be required to sign a sign in sheet upon arrival. RSVPs via email to the site walkthrough are strongly encouraged.

Hard copy bids are to be submitted to the offices of the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Louis at 1520 Market Street Suite 2000. Electronic copies are to be  submitted online at STL Permits.
