Summary
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Louis (“LCRA”) seeks proposals for 24/7 security services to support the vacant Monarch Building located at 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King
Drive, St. Louis, MO 63113.
LCRA owns the Monarch Building, a vacant multi-story commercial structure located in the Ville neighborhood of St. Louis. The building is currently unoccupied and is subject to periodic maintenance, repairs, and visits by LCRA staff, contractors, and community stakeholders. Due to increased foot traffic and activity around the site, LCRA seeks to provide a visible and consistent security presence. LCRA is seeking professional security services for the Monarch Building property. The selected firm will be responsible for monitoring the facility in person, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personnel shall be armed or unarmed and have the appropriate licenses to provide such services. Personnel shall conduct regular patrols both inside and outside the building. Personnel will report any observed damages or potential safety
risks associated with the facility.
