Summary
The City of St. Louis Port Authority (the Authority) seeks a Parking Operator (Operator) for operation of a system of controlled parking on the Improved Wharf along the cobblestone levee between the Poplar Street Bridge and the Eads Bridge

The proposal envelope, addressed to: Port Project Manager, SLDC, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, shall be marked in the upper left corner with the name of the person/firm submitting the proposal and, in the lower left corner, “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR PARKING OPERATOR”.
