Overview

St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) and other organizations in the City facilitate real estate development throughout the City of St. Louis, using a variety of tools and resources to bring City property into productive and effective use.

City-Owned Property Search

Use the Available City-Owned Property Search to find properties owned by various organizations within the City. As of now, you may search available properties owned by the Land Reutilization Authority and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. 

Purchase City-Owned Property

Prop NS Program

The Prop NS Program stabilizes Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) owned properties that are vacant, residential, and six units or less. LRA properties are nominated, reviewed and recommended by the Stabilization Advisory Committee, then sold to the highest bidder that can complete rehab to City of St. Louis occupancy standards within 24 months.

Gatewood Gardens Cemetery

Gatewood Gardens Cemetery was acquired by the City of St. Louis Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) in 1996 and the LRA maintains the land and the records of the cemetery. Burials are for those families who already own lots. The cemetery is located at 7133 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116.
