Economic Justice Plan Priorities Survey

The survey is designed to gather information to help formulate strategies for Workforce Development, Business Empowerment, Neighborhood Transformation, and Equitable and Inclusive Development.

Share your voice cover pageThe St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is drafting an Economic Justice Action Plan for our city that centers engagement, equity, transparency and accountability in how development decisions are made and implemented. It is important that the resources now available to the city are distributed in a way that provides equitable opportunity to thrive for all residents by addressing historical barriers, economic inequities, and closing the racial wealth gap.

The Action Plan will consist of four main focus strategies:

  1. Workforce Development.
  2. Business Empowerment.
  3. Neighborhood Transformation.
  4. Equitable and Inclusive Development.

This is where we need your help! This survey is your opportunity to tell SLDC:

  • What economic and community development priorities for each of these strategies should SLDC focus on during the next two years?
  • How might SLDC adjust current practices to accomplish these priorities?
