Special instructions for bidders based on the type of bid
Review Bid Notices
You do not have to be on a list to receive bids.
Review the list of Bid Notices online for bids that are of interest to your company. You can submit bids online, by mail, or by hand delivery.
Bids that are faxed or e-mailed are not valid and will be rejected.
Registered vendors can login to the online bid portal and submit their bid.
New vendors who are not yet registered need to Submit a request to register as a City Vendor at least one week before the bid due date. Instructions and login credentials will be provided ahead of time to submit the bid by the due date.
Mail or Hand Delivered Submissions
All bids mailed and/or hand delivered must be in a sealed envelope and are required to be delivered by 12:00pm on bid due dates.

In cases where reasonable modifications or auxiliary aids and services for effective communication because of a disability are required please call Office on the Disabled at 314-622-3693 48 hours in advance.
